  You could do a calculation of business value divided by size to give the feature a priority score. It's a bit rudimentary, but it's a simple way to sort the backlog so the high value/low effort features come out at the top.

  Communication between Customers

  Would it be possible to intrudce a way for customers to exchange information "privately" without sharing their email?

  Email

  It would be nice is the customer was sent an automated e-mail, informing them of their initial request’s status and each time there is a status change.

  Screenshot Preview

  Our customers capture a lot of screenshots. Building on the attachements you already capture, would it be possible to add a screen shot preview (mime). The preview would be helpful when someone views an idea.

  Merge feedback items?

  As a PM, I receive similar feedback. I'd like to merge feedback items and carry forward their respective votes.

  Searching

  Searching is better, but is still doing an exact word search (ie if I search for “Referral Tracking” it searches for Ideas that have “Referral Tracking” in them and not ideas with “Referral” and ideas with “Tracking”). I don’t think this is critical, but hope it is something we can fix to help cut down on clients entering duplicate ideas.

  Submission

  Users are inadvertently entering ideas twice. It appears the root problem is a slow submission response.

  Hard Returns

  Hard returns formatting are not honored in the comments and idea description field. What about rich text editable fields?
