  Business Value

  You could do a calculation of business value divided by size to give the feature a priority score. It's a bit rudimentary, but it's a simple way to sort the backlog so the high value/low effort features come out at the top.

  Expose features to customers

  Currenlty, customers can only see feedback. Could we also expose features to increase customer collaboration? For example, they could help score features as well. Note, it would be great if we could be selective with which of our comminuty particpants (e.g., power users) have access.
